Cocoa :: Sacramento Pet Photography

Two weekends ago I had the pleasure of spending a beautiful spring afternoon with a Husky mix named Cocoa and her owners. Cocoa was rescued through Norsled several years ago, and now spends her days in a loving home just a few blocks away from a wide-open dog park. It was to there we headed for her shoot, and we had it all to ourselves. Cocoa had free reign to romp through the tall grass and do what she loves most — chase her Chuck It ball!

Wow! My husband found your photo of Cocoa on a photography forum and I can’t get over how much she looks like our dog Diego. We adopted him from the La Plata County Humane Society in Durango, CO 9 years ago. Perhaps they’re related: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=428122208050&set=a.428097823050.203856.537558050&type=1

You have some great shots of some pretty cute dogs.

Hi Liz, and thanks for your comments! Is your husband a member of POTN, perhaps? 🙂 Unfortunately I can’t seem to follow your link for the photos (I get an error message), but feel free to post it on my Facebook page — http://www.facebook.com/pages/Purple-Collar-Pet-Photography/152676181462047 (or search on Facebook for Purple Collar Pet Photography) — maybe I’ll have better luck that way. I’d really love to see Diego!

Thanks again,

Anthony
