Photography and animals are two of my greatest passions, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to work with both by doing something that I truly love: capturing the personality, energy, and love of life that makes our companions so dear to us.

I owe the inspiration for Purple Collar to my Chocolate Lab, Samantha. From the moment my fiancée and I brought Sam home she became my favorite subject. I soon found that I didn’t want to just document Samantha’s life with us; I wanted to capture her character – the little quirks that make her so dear to me. It was with this in mind – uncompromising photography that speaks to why our pets are such a central part of our lives – that I started Purple Collar Pet Photography.

Some other things you should know about me: I smile easily and often. I love the rain. Sometimes I let my dog sleep on the bed. I am a coffee addict. I do my best to always look at things from someone else’s point of view. I am a perfectionist when it comes to photography, and I will do my absolute best to bring you fantastic images of you and your pet that you will always cherish!
